Percy is a behavioral measurement device and platform that helps people get better sleep - making sleep therapy easier and more accessible for all, and giving sleep practitioners better data, insights and treatments.
Sister Mary partnered with the Percy team to create a visual identity that could flex to speak across diverse audiences of investors, healthcare providers, sleep specialists, and the sleepers themselves.
To make the Percy brand as disruptive and distinctive as the technology is, our creative idea focused on the better life that better sleep enables, rather than the insomnia we see (and feel!) so much of already.

Our visual language needed to support Percy’s unique positioning - cueing trusted clinical sleep expertise, while conveying the bigger-picture benefits of a good nights’ sleep to power your life.
Taking inspiration from the daily cycles, sun-rises and sun-sets, we crafted a logo and icon that celebrates how sleep affects every aspect of your day, and signals a new dawn in sleep technology.
With a color palette inspired by the changing light through the day and night, and playful hand-illustrated details paired with bold imagery and hard-hitting results, the brand’s cohesive yet adaptable identity system delivers clinical credibility and human warmth at the same time.
Through color strategy, photography direction, iconography and holding devices, we built an identity system that told the full story of sleep.
